Bulls 2000-2010: A decade to forget

In the 12 years following the last Bulls championship team in 1997-1998, the team has a record of 371-581.

That’s a lot of bad basketball.

Remember Dedric Willoughby? Linton Johnson? Paul Shirley? The brief era of John Starks, formerly Public Enemy No. 1? Probably not. These players represent a period most Bulls fans wish to forget.

Through the years, however, there have been some hard-working players who tried to restore the franchise to its past glory, but the departure of legends Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman left large shoes to fill.

The Bulls have seemingly gotten back on track with this year’s team, but before we start making room at the Berto Center for more Larry O’Brien trophies, let’s take a walk down memory lane with Tagxedo and the ghosts of Chicago Bulls past.
